Castlerock Recruitment Group (CRG) is a nationwide recruitment agency with vast expertise across a range of healthcare and medical professions, all contained within our five core trading divisions:

CRG had a requirement for 1500 care workers to be mobilised in assistance to fulfill the carers work day. All carers required access to be able to call, text and utilise data networks for connectivity to the head office and clients in need. CRG operate a 24/7/365 carer agreement with various local NHS and councils throughout the UK.

The IS department and Finance department had different criteria’s to adhere to. IS department have the need to deploy 3 different in-house developed applications which allows users the ability to gain the days rota of care work, time sheet and administration through NFC tap at the carers location.

Managed Service is paramount with a fully integrated MdM platform with a full deployment plan; the deployment plan will have to be administered by the new supplying partner.

Finance Requirement was to keep the entire project at a set budget per user with an android device included and enough data that users would not exceed fixed capex.


MCL/Daisy completed a full tariff audit against current users; this created the basis of creating the right bespoke solution. Tariff creation for CRG incorporated unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and data x3 of the requirement. Our creation had in mind ease of administration and financial implications. Creating a fixed cost that supplied all the services beyond the requirement. Incorporating a coterminous airtime agreement incorporating future requirement of growth through proactive assessment of leavers/new starters.

Created a dedicated line and email address for all CRG users, pre-deployment of a fully MdM (mobile device management) on all new android device. The new android device was newly (2018) manufactured for the care sector which houses all the required technology for CRG to fully respond and utilise the required applications.

Time line creation with a full programme deployment plan and welcome pack to every user, our in-house managed team created a site by site plan map in deploying all services and pre-loaded devices to 22 locations throughout the United Kingdom. Fully supported deployment with on-site support and administration for CRG carers, the process consisted of an exchange device from the old device to the newly developed fully incorporated device.

Managed Service maintains and continues to support CRG in a close working relationship; all services from billing to faulty handsets to technical issues are fully managed through the CRG support line.
